Acceptance of Terms: By accessing our website or booking our services, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must refrain from using our website and services.
Terms & Conditions
By booking with VÉRRA Photo Booth Inc., you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Booking & Payment
A non-refundable deposit of $150 is required to secure your event date. This deposit confirms your reservation and will be applied toward your total balance.
The remaining balance is due no later than 14 days prior to the event date. If the event is booked within 14 days, full payment is required at the time of booking.
Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of services without refund. All payments made are non-refundable after the balance due date.
All applicable taxes will be added at the time of invoicing.
Service Time & Overtime
Service time begins at the scheduled start time, not the arrival time.
Additional service time may be requested at a rate of $100 per hour, subject to availability. Overtime must be paid in full before additional service is provided.
No refunds will be issued for unused time or early event termination.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
All payments, including deposits, are non-refundable.
Requests to reschedule must be submitted in writing and are subject to availability. Rescheduling may require a new agreement.
If VÉRRA Photo Booth Inc. is unavailable for the new date, the booking will be considered cancelled.
Venue, Access & Delays
The client is responsible for ensuring the venue allows proper access, setup time, and operation of the photo booth.
If access is delayed due to venue restrictions, late entry, or client-related issues, service time will not be extended or refunded.
Any required permits, permissions, or approvals are the responsibility of the client.
Setup Requirements
Clients must provide:
Minimum 6ft x 6ft space
Access to a standard power outlet within reasonable distance
Safe, level, and dry operating conditions
Failure to meet these requirements may result in limited or cancelled service without refund.
Equipment Responsibility
The client is responsible for any damage, loss, or theft of equipment caused by guests, venue staff, or environmental conditions during the event.
VÉRRA reserves the right to cease operation if equipment is at risk of damage or misuse.
Guest Conduct
VÉRRA Photo Booth Inc. reserves the right to refuse service to any individual(s) displaying unsafe, aggressive, or inappropriate behavior.
No refunds will be issued if service is interrupted due to guest misconduct.
Weather & Outdoor Events
For outdoor events, the client must provide adequate shelter and protection from weather (rain, wind, extreme heat/cold).
VÉRRA reserves the right to suspend or terminate service if conditions are unsafe. No refunds will be issued under such circumstances.
Media & Digital Delivery
All photos and digital content will be delivered via an online gallery within a reasonable timeframe after the event.
VÉRRA is not responsible for delays or failures caused by internet connectivity issues at the event.
While all reasonable efforts are made to capture and deliver content, VÉRRA does not guarantee a minimum number of photos or specific moments.
Usage Rights
The client is granted full personal use rights to all media.
VÉRRA Photo Booth Inc. reserves the right to use photos, videos, and content for marketing, promotional, and portfolio purposes unless otherwise requested in writing prior to the event.
Technical Issues
In the event of equipment malfunction or technical issues, VÉRRA will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue promptly.
If a significant portion of service cannot be delivered due to issues within our control, liability is limited to a partial or full refund at our discretion.
Limitation of Liability
VÉRRA Photo Booth Inc. shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
The client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless VÉRRA, its owners, employees, and contractors from any claims arising from the event, except in cases of proven gross negligence.
Force Majeure
VÉRRA Photo Booth Inc. shall not be held liable for failure to perform due to events beyond its control, including but not limited to:
natural disasters, power outages, government restrictions, illness, or emergencies.
In such cases, reasonable efforts will be made to reschedule. Refunds are not guaranteed.
Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
